I created this because I have watched too many powerful people disappear in plain sight.

I know what it feels like to carry something real before the world fully understands what you are carrying. I know what it feels like to build, serve, create, lead, survive, and still have people reduce you to a title, a short bio, a quick introduction, or one small piece of your story.

I have sat across from people with extraordinary experience who still questioned whether their voice mattered. I have watched people with real gifts stay quiet because they were waiting for the right invitation. I have seen leaders with decades of value keep showing up in rooms that were never designed to recognize the full weight of who they were.

That is one of the reasons I created In Plain Sight.

Not because people need more noise. Not because everyone needs a spotlight. Not because visibility is about being louder than the next person.

I created this because too many powerful people are disappearing while standing in rooms full of people who should be able to see them.

They have done the work. They have carried the weight. They have lived the story. They have earned the insight. But somewhere along the way, the world learned how to see only fragments of them, and sometimes they learned to see themselves that way too.

The Summit is a room where that gets interrupted.

Are the awards part of the Summit?

Yes. The Awards & Honors experience takes place on the evening of Day Two. It is part of the Summit because recognition is part of the In Plain Sight message. Is this only for speakers and entrepreneurs?
